EZRadioPRO includes all the attractive features of EZRadio RF transmitters, receivers and transceivers (eg high integration, low cost, flexibility, low BOM and easy design) while targeting more complex ISM band applications, and Several enhancement parameters and features are available, including frequency coverage from 119 to 1050 MHz and output power up to +20 dBm. 1. EZRadio - simple design, lower BOM cost application

The EZRadio series is designed to be simple and suitable for lower BOM cost applications. The Si4010 RF Transmitter is the industry's first single-chip remote control IC that requires a single external bypass capacitor, a printed circuit board, battery, and a housing with buttons to form a complete wireless remote control. The Si4010 features a patented crystalless oscillator architecture with carrier frequency accuracy of ±150 ppm over the commercial temperature range and ±250 ppm over the industrial temperature range. 2. EZRadioPRO - superior performance and cost over competitive products

The performance of all aspects of the EZRadioPRO series has been improved compared to EZRadio, with an excellent price/performance ratio. As shown in Figure 3 below, the transmit power can reach 20dBm compared to competing products (compared to competitive devices typically only reach 13 dBm). EZRadioPRO achieves -126 dBm compared to the competitor's sensitivity of -115 dBm. EZRadioPRO has lower system cost, and competitive products need to add PA/LNA to achieve the same performance as EZRadioPRO, so the overall cost is greatly saved. In addition, lower operating current (18mA at +10dBm, ~85mA at +20dBm), 50nA sleep current, and reduced MCU load are all advantages of EZRadioPRO.

Especially worth mentioning is the Si4438, which is tailor-made for China's smart meters. It is the most energy-efficient sub-GHz wireless solution in the smart meter market in China. Utilizing an efficient on-chip power amplifier (PA), the Si4438 IC extends transmission distance and provides a reliable communication link for smart meters by providing +20dBm output power, -124dBm sensitivity, 114dB link budget, and 58dB adjacent channel rejection. .
