Sunshine Group is committed to developing solar lighting

Converting inexhaustible solar energy into electricity, which is then used to produce life... This is a beautiful scene for the emerging photovoltaic industry. Since the beginning of this year, with the electromechanical, chemical, printing and dyeing as the pillar industries, some traditional manufacturing companies have turned their attention to green energy, and the photovoltaic industry is booming.

Longbai, Sunshine, Ruiqi, Tianwaitian, Wolong... At present, a group of well-known industrial enterprises in Shangyu have been involved in or ready to enter the photovoltaic industry. According to statistics from the Municipal Economic and Trade Bureau, there are currently 1 billion yuan of private capital flowing into the photovoltaic industry. “Traditional industry profits are getting thinner and thinner, resources and environmental constraints are becoming more and more prominent. According to the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction, everyone is looking for new space for investment.” Zhu Bogen, chairman of Longbai Group, which started with printing and dyeing textiles, said.

The photovoltaic industry is an industry that converts solar energy into electrical energy. To achieve this transformation, the most widely used carrier is crystalline silicon photocells. However, high-purity crystalline silicon purification technology has been monopolized by a few developed countries for many years, and the import price is expensive. Not long ago, this year, Zhejiang Bijing Technology Co., Ltd., which was founded by two Shangyu companies and jointly Dr. Li Qiao, invested more than 30 million yuan, sent a good news: Li Qiao innovated a process for purifying crystalline silicon from metallurgical silicon. The purity of crystalline silicon reaches 99.9999% or more, which breaks the "bottleneck" of raw materials for the development of domestic photovoltaic industry. At present, the company's photovoltaic industry project with an annual output of 80 tons of crystalline silicon has been included in one of Shangyu's 50 key industrial construction projects this year.

The construction of the remaining photovoltaic industry projects is also in full swing. Longbai Group invested more than 800 million yuan in photovoltaic technology this year, and the first phase of the project will be put into production in the first half of next year.

At that time, “Longbai Photovoltaic” will use the upstream products provided by Bijing to produce the raw materials of crystalline silicon photocells – solar wafers and cell sheets. After the completion of the project, the annual output value will reach more than 2 billion yuan, far exceeding the current annual output value of 500,000 yuan of the traditional business of Longbai Group.

In the development of photovoltaic terminal products, Sunshine Group, the world's largest manufacturer of energy-saving lamps, has introduced a doctoral team dedicated to the development of solar lighting. Not long ago, they jointly invested in the development of low-power, high-brightness lamps that can be used in solar cell photovoltaics with Xi'an Jiaotong University. Xu Guorong, general manager, said that the National Development and Reform Commission recently announced the "Renewable Energy Medium- and Long-Term Development Plan" predicts that by 2020, renewable energy consumption, including solar energy, will reach 15% of China's total energy consumption. Limited.

Investment growth is focused on industrial innovation. In order to promote the adjustment and upgrading of the city's industrial structure, Shangyu City has issued a series of policies this year. By formulating energy-saving and emission-reduction indicators, it is “forced” to encourage enterprises to launch circular economy, clean production and transform traditional industries, and on the other hand, through the development of high-tech industries. Incrementally dilute the proportion of traditional industries in the entire industrial economy and further optimize the industrial structure. To this end, the city also launched the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Year" competition for industrial enterprises this year, focusing on supporting the demonstration and driving industries and projects for the construction of advanced manufacturing bases, including the photovoltaic industry.
