Zhu Dehong: My entrepreneurial experience started in Wenzhou. That year was 1996 and I was 24 years old. After a few years of working history, I have mastered certain skills, but I feel that this is not a long-term solution. I decided to start my own business. With thousands of dollars in pieces, I opened a mold factory and started my own business. The road to entrepreneurship was very difficult. At that time, I started from scratch, without sufficient funds, and relied on credit. Due to the small size of the factory, my boss also produced and worked overtime with the workers, often busy late at night to return home with the oil. After doing it for a while, although I have already dug my first bucket of gold, my mind is very unbalanced. The same is the boss, many of my friends only need to direct their employees to do things, live very smart; and myself? Tired and half dead, the oily body is often rejected, so the boss is too shackled. Others can do it, why can't I?

Reporter: In other words, when you find the first bucket of gold, you have the idea of ​​making your career bigger? It seems that you are a person who is not satisfied with the status quo. After your career is getting bigger and bigger, it must be inextricably linked with your personality.

Zhu Dehong: Yes, after I got the idea, I made up my mind to find a new direction. At that time, the wall switch was brought into the domestic market by foreign electrician brands such as Qisheng and Panasonic. Due to the convenience and beauty of the new switch, it became popular in some big cities, but at that time, the main switch used in China was the pull switch. My mold factory professionally designed, produced and processed civil electrician molds. After a thorough understanding, I was keenly aware that this small switch contained great business opportunities. I decided to use the switch as a new starting point for my career. As the right direction was found, the company quickly developed. In 2004, because of its good product quality and high cost performance, South Africa CBI decided to cooperate with me to develop the South African city. After four years of hard work, my company has occupied more than 80% of the South African switch market. In the small market of South Africa, the space for development is limited. What should be done next? This new problem has started to bother me.

Reporter: It seems that you are a person who will never be satisfied! You have done a good job in foreign business, why do you suddenly think of expanding the market in China, and come to Xiaolan, Guangdong, where you are unfamiliar, what did you think at the time? Do you have a bottom in the domestic market?

Zhu Dehong: Because South Africa is a country with a small population and a small population, the switch market is also very small. Even if it takes over 80% of the South African market, my company’s export volume is less than 100 million. In order to achieve greater development, it needs a broader Stage and space, I will set the next development direction after the domestic market has often determined the direction of development, how should product positioning? What kind of development route is it going? New problems have emerged. China's electrician market is very broad, and the consumption levels of different markets are very different. High-end brands have high-end brand markets, and low-end brands have low-end brands. What kind of path is right for you? I think that the reason why my product has such a high share in the South African market is because of the good quality of the products and the high popularity. I decided to set up a new company and take the branding route.

Where is the new company located? This problem makes me embarrassed. If the new company is in his hometown, he can better take care of his young son, but I also understand the current development trend of the electrical industry. China's electrician enterprises are mainly distributed in Guangdong and Zhejiang. The difference is that most of the electrical companies in Guangdong are taking high-end routes, relying on brand and popularity to win; and the operation mode of Zhejiang electrician brand is not mature in Guangdong, plus Wenzhou's industrial land is tense and its development is limited, so it has to find a new way out.
