Zhang Chao, director of the Mulinsen Lighting Region, believes that LED lighting at this stage should be "replace the market" and "integration" at the same time.
Zhang Chao said that the LED market will be mature in 2015, but the momentum of last year and this year is expected to be advanced to 2013. LED cost-effectiveness has increased year by year, and its lighting application market has gradually become more active. The performance of LEDs is developing rapidly, and consensus should be drawn on the formulation of common specifications. Zhang Chao said that instead of trying to improve the light efficiency, it is better to first review whether the LED light energy is fully utilized.
Since LED light efficiency still has a lot of room for improvement, at this stage, luminous flux should be defined as the main lamp and bulb specifications. Taking light source products as an example, more attention should be paid: LED bulbs should be properly applied to their lighting patterns. The LED tube should be given a safe power supply depending on whether or not the ballast is integrated. LED lamps have good light-emitting efficiency, and if equipped with special lamps, they can output high-efficiency illuminance and uniform light distribution.
