[Application] Low voltage, micro power temperature control circuit

The main features are: low operating voltage, 2.7 ~ 4.5V, typical application value is 3V; low power consumption, typical operating current is 150μA; internal temperature sensor, only two external resistors can be used to set the control temperature There are three kinds of corresponding control signal outputs; the control temperature accuracy is ±1°C, and the maximum value is ±3°C; there are few external components and easy to use. The working temperature is -40 to 125 °C.
