The power supply voltage of KD-9562 type 8 analog sound integrated circuit is 1.5 ~ 4.5V, and its output can directly drive the speaker to sound. The integrated circuit is characterized by low power consumption and stable and reliable performance. KD-9562 type 8 analog acoustic integrated circuit is a kind of CMOS circuit produced by Xiaoshan Transistor Factory in Zhejiang Province. Its appearance provides a certain convenience for the application and simplification of electronic circuits, and can make its multi-function integrated.
1. Typical circuit The typical application circuit of KD-9562 type 8 analog acoustic integrated circuit is shown in Figure 1. Using the band switch K2 for contact conversion, you can get different analog sounds, which can be used for children's toys.
The resistance R in the figure is an external resistance, the resistance value is 150 ~ 240kΩ, used to adjust the time of each sound of the simulated sound.
The original design is to simulate 8 different sounds. When more than two contacts are connected at the same time, other sounds appear, making the sound change unpredictable and difficult to guess.
2. The circuit of the infrared emitter used in the infrared emitter is shown in Figure 2. It uses two infrared emitting tubes to replace the output load. Due to the low power supply voltage, it is suitable for HG410 series low-power infrared emitting tubes. By changing different connections, different infrared output waveforms can be obtained.
When you want to increase the emission power of infrared rays (such as the use of infrared mid-power emission tubes), you can use the dotted line connection in the figure to appropriately increase the operating voltage of the infrared emission tubes.

If the infrared emitting tube in the circuit is changed to a light-emitting diode indicator, it is a flash indicator, which can be used as a display of various light signals.
3. Trigger The circuit of making trigger with KD-9562 is shown in Figure 3. It uses the signal voltage output by the collector of the triode BG to trigger the corresponding control circuit. The circuit shown in the figure is to trigger a high-power flash. The bidirectional thyristor should be selected according to the size of the load current. In order to ensure that the bidirectional thyristor is overheated and burned, the rated current of the thyristor should be greater than 1.5 to 2 times the load current, and the rated operating voltage is not less than 600V. When wiring, the cathode of the thyristor should be connected to the neutral line, and the anode should be connected to the phase line (ie the live line). Select different pins to get different trigger frequencies.

When the two phases A and B of the three-phase power supply are connected to the test terminals A and B (that is, the corresponding ends of the symbols), because the phase difference between the phase A current and the phase B current is 120 °, they cancel each other and there is no current Output, the unidirectional thyristor is in the off state, the integrated circuit does not work without working power. When the A and B phases are connected in reverse order, the A phase current lags the B phase current by 60 °, and there will be a current output of about 4mA, triggering the unidirectional thyristor SCR to turn on, turning on the power of the integrated circuit, and making the speaker emit Alarm sound with reversed phase sequence.
This phase sequence reverse connection notifier can be used for on-site testing, and can also be installed on the work site as a notification device for long-term phase sequence reverse connection.
6. High-frequency signal generator The high-frequency signal generator circuit is shown in Figure 6. The audio signal from the KD-9562 integrated circuit is amplified by the transistor BG1, and then the Capacitor C1 is coupled to the BG2 for modulation. The modulated high-frequency signal is then tuned by a tuning loop composed of an inductor L and a capacitor C3, and then a certain frequency The high frequency signal radiates into the air and becomes a simple transmitter. By changing the capacity of capacitor C3, the transmission frequency can be changed.
If you want to increase the power of the transmission frequency, you can use the dashed part of the method in Figure 2 to increase the transmitter's working power without affecting the safe operation of the integrated circuit.

7. Electronic Magic Ball Electronic Magic Ball is basically the same as the typical circuit, but the control switch is different, as shown in Figure 7.

The shape of the electronic magic ball can be made into a circle, square or any other shape. The spherical switch body should be fixed in the magic ball, or any shape can be used.

10. Alternating sound generator In order to make the sound-simulating circuit alternately emit two different analog sounds, the circuit shown in FIG. 10 may be used.
