Chinese brand globalization enters the harvest period: Haier wins design award

15 years ago, Haier refrigerator is still a brand that is not known in the Japanese market. Today, Haier refrigerator not only integrates Japanese local brand AQUA, but also on November 22 this year, one of the world's four most authoritative design awards, Japan G-Mark The design award was issued, and the stainless steel series refrigerator products that Haier's AQUA is selling won the G-Mark Good Design Award. This is the first time that Haier Refrigerator has been awarded the highest international standard since it won the first G-Mark certification in the European BV industry in 2016. The design category is G-Mark, and the Haier refrigerator is the only award-winning Chinese brand.

It is understood that the Japan Good G-Mark Design Award, one of the world's four most authoritative design awards, was established in 1957 and is the most authoritative and influential design award in Asia. In 2017, 4,495 products from nearly 1,000 companies around the world participated in the G-Mark Award, and Haier Refrigerator is the only Chinese brand that has won the award. It represents Haier Refrigerator has reached the international leading level in design.

In the two years to March 2017, Haier Asia R&D Center has acquired 477 technical patents and industrial design patents, breaking the old concept of Chinese home appliance enterprises in the eyes of Japanese people, and promoting the deep integration of technology.
