Net profit shrank 64 times last year

According to NVC Lighting's 2012 annual report, the company's revenue and net profit have declined for the first time since 2009. Among them, revenue was 3.546 billion yuan, down 6.63% year-on-year, and net profit was only 8.416 million yuan. This figure was 548 million yuan in the same period last year, shrinking more than 64 times.

NVC Lighting said that on the one hand, the overall economic situation is not optimistic, the world economy is slowing down, the European economy is still unclear, and domestic GDP is lowered to 7.8%. On the other hand, the changes in the company's internal management have affected the operation of multiple subsidiaries and the overall performance has been affected.

However, in the eyes of the industry, the net profit of NVC is directly at the loss red line. The main reason for the first decline in revenue in the past five years is the management's infighting. Dehao Runda benefit channel

Take the channel as the king. From a sales perspective, NVC Lighting has a strong sales channel. According to the annual report, in 2012, NVC Lighting added 263 stores, with a total of 3231, which is the core of NVC lighting in the national lighting market. Industry experts also pointed out that it is because of the huge sales channels that it has attracted the investment of Schneider and Dehao Runda. It is hoped to use the sales channels of NVC to quickly spread the goods and promote their products and services. This is also the entry of many foreign companies. The domestic market and some companies have a cross-domain diversification strategy.

For Dehao Runda, it has the chip and sub-package resources upstream of LED lighting. Its main business includes LED light source products, display screens and the manufacture and service of small kitchen appliances. However, in terms of channel resources, it is not its strength. Through Wang Donglei's helm, in the future, Dehao Runda will share the channels of NVC Lighting to improve its industrial chain. At the beginning of last month, Dehao Runda also confirmed to the outside world that the LED light source products produced by the company in the first quarter of this year have begun to enter the channels of NVC lighting throughout the country for sales.

NVC lighting is difficult to predict

With the gradual advancement of the elimination of incandescent lamps and the proposed “12th Five-Year Plan”, it will provide 2.2 billion yuan to promote the support of energy-saving lamps and LED lights. NVC Lighting also hopes to achieve rapid transformation, especially in the annual report. The idea is good, but on the other hand, Dehao Runda light source products enter the channel of NVC lighting, then what about NVC lighting source products?
