According to industry statistics, the market value of China's interior decoration design in 2007 was as high as 800 billion yuan, and it is expected to reach 100 billion yuan next year. Shenzhen is the cradle of Chinese decorative design. It has the title of “Design Capital”. The annual market value of interior decoration design is as high as 30 billion yuan, of which the pure design fee is 1 billion yuan.
Designers are the key link between lighting companies and engineering consumption. Because the first-hand information from engineering consumer design, material selection, construction and installation is in the hands of designers. Therefore, focusing on communication with designers, paying attention to designers' opinions during product development, and providing good services to designers must be a strong growth point for the company to earn engineering profits in the future. It is gratifying to note that at present some well-known enterprises in China have begun to spur a wave of leveraged alliance designers to help marketing, and believe that it will play a role in fueling the development of enterprises.

The above talks about the importance of lighting design, and then talks about how to cultivate design talents. At present, the importance and selection of talents in the three major cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen in China have been at the forefront of major cities.
