Signal conditioning system structure

The mechanical structure of the SC-1000 series signal conditioning system adopts the 3U template structure of the international industry standard. In the electrical structure, the signal conditioning system adopts a modular design. Each signal conditioning template is a functional module, making the system relatively independent. Signal conditioning function template

SC-1000 series signal conditioning products adopt a modular design. Each signal conditioning template is a functional module. The template structure adopts the international standard 3U structure. Therefore, the user can flexibly configure according to different requirements and different tests.

• SC-1010 Strain Signal Conditioning Template 设计 Designed symmetrical high-precision bridge excitation voltage. The symmetric bridge voltage has no common mode voltage effect on the amplifier, improving the measurement accuracy, ensuring the measurement range, and improving the safety and reliability.

Signal Conditioning Chassis

The measured analog signal from the sensor and the signal conditioning module inside the signal conditioning module provide the excitation source for the sensor through the socket on the front panel of the signal conditioning module. After conditioning, the analog signal is sent to various data acquisition systems or measurement instruments through the cable behind the signal conditioning chassis.

The signal conditioning chassis adopts the international industry standard 3U structure chassis. The spacing between the templates in the signal conditioning chassis is 30.48mm (1.2 inches). Chassis includes desktop chassis, bus backplane, linear power supply, power filter, power supply insurance, illuminated power switch, power cord. The chassis power supply directly uses 220V, 50Hz Ac Power Supply.
